The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department has announced it will begin accepting applications for the 2025-2026 Tow Service Agreement (TSA) from March 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025. This agreement enables approved tow companies to provide towing services for law enforcement purposes between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026.

Interested tow service providers must submit their applications electronically via the official San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department website. The application process requires visiting www.wp.sbcounty.gov/sheriff/, navigating to "Department Info," and accessing the "Tow Service Agreement" tab where a hyperlink to the application is available. Applications must be completed and submitted by March 31, 2025.

Providers wishing to apply for multiple stations need only complete one application while selecting each station they are applying for. They must meet the specific requirements of each station and comply with the conditions of the TSA to qualify. These requirements can be reviewed by selecting "yes" for each desired station during the application process.

Additional documentation may be requested as part of the application procedure. It is important to note that incomplete or late applications will not be considered. All applications must be submitted electronically to continue in the TSA process.

For any questions or further information, applicants are encouraged to visit the Sheriff's Department website.
