On December 5, 2024, at 4:57 a.m., deputies from the Needles Sheriff's Station responded to a stabbing incident on Walnut Street in Needles, California. Upon arrival, they found two victims. A 16-year-old male juvenile was stabbed and taken to the hospital where he remains under medical care.
Bryan Jackson, aged 48 and a resident of Needles, was also discovered inside the residence with multiple stab wounds. Despite lifesaving efforts by emergency personnel, Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is being led by the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division – Homicide Detail. Detectives have identified Carolyn Jackson, Bryan's wife and a 44-year-old resident of Needles, as the suspect. She was located nearby and arrested without bail at the High Desert Detention Center.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine Bryan Jackson's cause of death.
