On Wednesday, Nov. 9, the City unveiled a memorial boulder to former Mayor and City Councilmember Pat Gilbreath at the Downtown Redlands Rail Station.
Gilbreath, who served on the City Council from 1993 to 2010 and from 2012 through 2016, and as Mayor from 1999 to 2001 and 2009 to 2010, championed the Redlands Passenger Rail Project, representing the city on numerous regional boards and organizations, including the OmniTrans Board of Directors where she served as vice chair. Gilbreath passed away in October 2017.
