City of Rialto issued the following announcement on Oct. 28.
Rialto COVID-19 Testing Site. On November 4th San Bernardino County will have testing available at the Grace Vargas Senior Center, 1411 S. Riverside Ave., from 10:00 a, 2:00 pm.
