Description:Join us as we welcome back the return of the SBVC Horror Film Festival.
Our 2nd offering is 1982's Poltergeist.
Starring Craig T. Nelson, JoBeth Williams, Zelda Rubenstein and Heather O'Rourke this film tells the tale of a young family who are visited by ghosts in their home. At first the ghosts appear friendly, moving objects around the house to the amusement of everyone, then they turn nasty and start to terrorize the family before kidnapping the families youngest daughter Carol Anne.
Directed by Steven Spielberg, we will screen the movie and follow it up by a film discussion hosted by Professor Daihim Fazouni.
Our presentation begins on October 27, 2022 at 6pm in the SBVC Library Viewing Room 149.
