City of Highland issued the following announcement on Nov. 24.
There is no trash service today in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Please see schedule below for trash pick-up changes.
If regular pickup is today: Thursday, November 26
Trash will be picked up tomorrow: Friday, November 27
If regular pickup day falls on: Friday, November 27
Trash will be picked up on: Saturday, November 28
