A suspect has been identified in connection to the 2021 murder of Bryan Brewer in Victorville. The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department revealed that Brandon Mitchell Hunsaker, a 30-year-old transient, has been identified as the suspect responsible for Brewer's death.

According to Detective Brandon Becker from the Specialized Investigations Division, "Through an extensive ongoing investigation, the suspect has been identified as Brandon Hunsaker." The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has taken action by filing a case against Hunsaker for the murder of Brewer, and a no bail arrest warrant has been issued for him.

Hunsaker, who is currently in custody in Los Angeles County for an unrelated charge, will soon be transferred to the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department to face the warrant related to Brewer's murder.

In light of these developments, Detective Brandon Becker has urged anyone with information about the case to come forward. Detective Becker can be reached at (909) 890-4904, and individuals can choose to remain anonymous by contacting We-Tip at 800-78CRIME or visiting www.wetip.com.

The identification of the suspect brings a significant development in the case that has been ongoing since April 13, 2021, when deputies discovered Brewer's body in the 15600 block of Jay Post Road. The Specialized Investigations Division, Homicide Detail, has been diligently working on this case, leading to this breakthrough.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department continues to handle the investigation, and with Hunsaker's identification as the suspect, there is hope for justice for Bryan Brewer and closure for his loved ones.
