It is expected that Cedar Ave. in the unincorporated community of Bloomington will be closed in both directions from Valley Blvd. to Slover Ave. from 10 p.m. Sunday, March 26 to 5 a.m. Monday, March 27 as crews are scheduled to restripe traffic lanes.
The San Bernardino Mountains were hit with another snowstorm this week, but it was far less severe than the 10 feet of snow some communities experienced during the February/early March blizzard. However, it still exceeded 15 inches in several communities.
On March 22, 2023, San Bernardino County Fire responded to a Public Service in the 2400 block of West 1st Avenue in the community of Muscoy. San Bernardino County Animal Care was on-scene requesting assistance with animal rescue and evacuation.
"If San Bernardino Valley College seems to be bustling with more students lately, its because we have surpassed last year's spring headcount. There are 10,492 students enrolled in classes at SBVC for Spring 2023. This exceeds the number of Wolverines enrolled in Spring 2021 (10,142) and Spring 2022 (8,988).
