On February 13, 2025, investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Crimes Against Children Detail and the Victorville Sheriff’s Station conducted an investigation into severe abuse and neglect of six children in Victorville. The children, aged between five and 16, were found to have been subjected to prolonged mistreatment.

The investigation identified Kenneth Key, Tina Key, and Katlynn Key as suspects in this case. Following the conclusion of the investigation, all three individuals were arrested and booked at the Central Detention Center on charges of violating PC206 – Torture. Their bail was set at $1,000,000 each.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is seeking further information regarding this incident.
