On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Aquinas High School standout Karyme Amaya’s current college team, the New Mexico State Aggies, lost 5-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Arizona State Sun Devils.

The game took place at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Sun Devils this season.

The Aggies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field against South Florida Bulls.
