The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in Calimesa increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Calimesa rose by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $401,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Calimesa in the first quarter of 2020.
