Calimesa home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Calimesa fell by $14,500 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,000 - a 4.2% decrease over the $343,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Calimesa in February 2017.
