Yucaipa home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Yucaipa fell by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $589,000 - a 4% decrease over the $613,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Yucaipa in 2016.
