Senator Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh, who represents California’s 23rd Senate District, highlighted recent events and achievements in a series of posts on August 28, 2025. In her tweets, she acknowledged the contributions of her Senate Fellow and participated in a local infrastructure project event.

On August 28, 2025, Senator Ochoa Bogh posted about celebrating her Senate Fellow on the Senate floor: “I had the honor of celebrating my Senate Fellow, Mariah Frerichs—nicknamed Ronald Reagan by her colleagues, on the Senate floor.

Mariah brought passion, kindness, and curiosity to our team, researching key issues for #SD19 and embracing every part of Capitol life.” She followed this with another post expressing optimism for Frerichs’ future: “Great things are ahead for you, Mariah. #Senatefellow #CALeg” (August 28, 2025).

Later that day, Senator Ochoa Bogh noted her involvement in an infrastructure initiative: “I was proud to join partners and community leaders in support of the I-10 Eastbound Truck Climbing Lane Project to celebrate its progress.” (August 28, 2025).

Senator Ochoa Bogh has served as a state senator since December 2020. Her district includes portions of San Bernardino County and Riverside County. The I-10 Eastbound Truck Climbing Lane Project is part of ongoing efforts to improve transportation infrastructure in Southern California.
