The median sale price of a home sold in 2025 in San Bernardino County rose by $35,000, while total sales decreased by 37.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Throughout 2025, 11,193 homes were sold in the county, with a median sale price of $535,000. This is a 7% increase over the $500,000 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 17,823 homes sold.

Based on the latest available data from 2021, the median property tax in San Bernardino County was $3,210, which stands at 0.6% of the median home sale price for 2025.
