On Tuesday, April 22, three former Aquinas High School standouts, including Ava Martinez, Elleana Navarro and Leilani Bustamante’s current college team, the Kansas City Roos, lost 15-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Wichita State Shockers.

The game took place at Wilkins Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Shockers this season.

The Roos’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 2:30 p.m. at South Field Sports Complex against St. Thomas Tommies.
