Former Aquinas High School athlete Mia De La Fuente saw her North Carolina Central Eagles lose 10-5 to the North Carolina A&T Aggies during an NCAA Division I softball game held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11.
The contest was played at Lady Aggies Softball Complex and marked the first meeting between the teams this season.
De La Fuente contributed with one hit in three at-bats, along with one RBI and a walk.
The Eagles are set to face the North Carolina A&T Aggies again at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, also at Lady Aggies Softball Complex.
