Mayor Helen Tran recently visited CAPS program students at Highland Pacific Elementary School! Junior Staff students were working hard to set up the student store for the mayor, Poseidon’s Palace. She loved the student’s checkout register and modern banking system, where interest-earning credit cards are used instead of paper money.
