Former Aquinas High School standout Leila Gomez contributed as the Redlands Bulldogs secured a 2-1 victory over the Bridgewater Eagles in an NCAA Division III softball game on Monday, March 2, at 11 a.m.
The matchup was held at The Field of Dreams. It marked the first time these teams faced off this season.
Gomez tallied one hit in two at-bats.
The Bulldogs are set to face Bridgewater Eagles again at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 2, at The Field of Dreams.
