Former Aquinas High School athlete Leila Gomez helped lead the Redlands Bulldogs to a 5-3 win on Tuesday, March 3, at 12 p.m. in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Gustavus Adolphus Golden Gusties.
The contest was hosted at The Field of Dreams and marked the first encounter between the two teams this season.
Gomez recorded a hit in two at-bats, tallied three runs and drew one walk.
The Bulldogs are set to face Gustavus Adolphus Golden Gusties again on Tuesday, March 3, at 2 p.m. at The Field of Dreams.
