On Friday, Feb. 28, former Aquinas High School standout Karyme Amaya’s current college team, the New Mexico State Aggies, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Florida Bulls.

The game took place at Red & Charline McCombs Field. This was their first matchup against the Bulls this season.

The Aggies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 2:20 p.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field against Abilene Christian Wildcats.
