On Saturday, Feb. 22, three former Aquinas High School standouts, including Ava Martinez, Elleana Navarro and Leilani Bustamante’s current college team, the Kansas City Roos, lost 9-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns.
The game took place at Lamson Park. This was their first matchup against the Ragin’ Cajuns this season.
The Roos’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 2:30 p.m. at Collins Family Softball Complex against Tulsa Golden Hurricane.
