Aquinas graduate Landon Young contributes to Huskies’ 5-4 win over Ohio State in D-I baseball

On Saturday, March 14, at 7 p.m., the Washington Huskies, featuring former Aquinas High School standout Landon Young, secured a 5-4 victory over the Ohio State Buckeyes in an NCAA Division I baseball contest.

Husky Ballpark served as the site of the game. This marked the teams’ second meeting this season. On Friday, March 13, the Huskies narrowly lost to the Buckeyes, 10-9.

Individually, Young tallied two hits in four at-bats, scoring one run, recording one RBI, and striking out once.

The Huskies are set to face the Buckeyes again at Husky Ballpark on Sunday, March 15.
